LiveChat

Utilizing our website we can assist you through our LiveChat center. Simply click the LiveChat icon on the left side of our website and submit your question. If we are available at the time, we will answer your request and chat to you directly. Its that easy! We will be happy to answer any question that we can. For troubleshooting support there is a minimal charge to use the service but for general questiosn about our services and what we can do for you, that is free. Give it a try and ask us more information about this service.

Remote Support

Need more than just troubleshoting through a chat window? Want your computer problems to be solved for you as you watch and ask questions? We can do this for you. Utilizing remote access software, we can connect to your computer safely and securly and help you out. This service starts by either calling us at (570) 544-5085 or using our LiveChat feature above to talk to a technician. Once you chat with them, they will discuss the cost of the service and what is involved. Once you accept the charges and the billing information is exchanged the technician will explain how to download the temporary software needed for the procedure and of you go. At anytime you want to end the session, you can remove control from our technician or they will do this for you when the service is complete. Support without ever leaving your home, its that easy!
