How do I make a payment?
To pay the balance stated on your invoice you can do the following:
  1. Contact via telephone at (570) 544-1770 and arrange a type of payment and how it will be recieved.
  2. Send a check payable to WhiteHat Computer Solutions to WhiteHat Computer Solutions, 18 Sunbury Street, Minersville Pa, 17954
  3. Paypal is available as a payment option for payments under $100. Credit card payments via paypal are not currently accepted. Please contact us for more information.

How long do I have until my payment is overdue?
Unless there is a written agreement other wise; all bills must be paid within Net 10 Days of the Invoice Date. If an Invoice is not paid in full within this time period or if the payment amount agreed upon is not received, a 10% service charge will be applied to the balance for each month the payment is late.

Are payment plans available?
Unless specified in a written agreement prior to recieving your first invoice, no payment plans are available. Certain Invoices will specify certain payment steps. For example: A web design contract will require 1/3 of the balance paid to start work, another 1/3 when the templates are approved, and the last 1/3 paid in full plus any adjustments for additions occured upon job completion. The last 1/3 + adjustments is Net 10 Days.

What type of payment options are available?
The following types of payment options are available for use:
  1. Cash (Only in shop)
  2. Check
  3. Money Order
  4. Paypal (non-credit card) for purchases under $100
